Bert’s Café (Lagoona Mall, Porto Arabia, Doha) – despite its American-sounding name, this restaurant serves French gourmet-quality dessert food, soups and sandwiches, and is part of the restaurant of the same name in Paris. Given its location at the Porto Arabia enclave, some patrons simply go there to watch sailing boats, jet-skis and yachts jostle for space in front of Doha’s gleaming skyline.
