Katara Beach (Al Moasses Street, Doha) – located in Doha, this is one of the most beautiful natural beaches in Qatar. This private beach spans over 1.5km. Beach goers have a choice between enjoying a relaxed beach experience and diving into the fun with a great variety of adrenaline-boosting beach activities. A play area is located by the beach where children can enjoy a variety of activities, games and rides as well as child friendly water sports. For adults, sport activities offered here include water skiing, wakeboarding, knee boarding, parasailing, windsurfing, sailing, boat rides, banana rides, sea pedal boats, canoe/kayak, hobbie cats and fishing trips. Lessons are available in wakeboarding, windsurfing, sailing and water skiing. Hours: 10:00 am to sunset.
Admission: 100QR (Adult), 50QR (Children from 6 to 16), Free for children below the age of 6.
